The overall results show a small decline over the 2014 results with the most notable improvement being that of State Street’s. RBC Investor & Treasury Services retained their top spot albeit with a slight decline in score, just holding off HSBC in second place.
A total of 122 responses were received for 11 different providers, seven of which met the minimum criteria for inclusion in the overall results. This was down from eight last year as BYN Mellon failed to receive enough responses to qualify. Countries responding included the UK, France, Italy, Canada, Australia, Belgium, The Netherlands, Ireland, USA and Luxembourg. Services assessed covered those supplied out of the UK, Ireland, Luxembourg, France, Germany and Italy.
